RETURN POLICY
Return defective products
Our store “Paichnidoupoli / Land of Toys” and the cooperating Transport companies make every effort for the safe transport of the products. However, the fragility of some products may damage them. In this case please do not throw away the package and follow the procedure below. For your faster and more complete service, we recommend that you check your products, immediately upon receipt of your order.
In case you have a problem with any of the products you received (defective) or with your order (incomplete or wrong product) you will be able if you wish to return or replace and resend it you must notify us in writing at e-mail sales @ landoftoys .gr or by phone at 22850-27127 on the same or the next day after receiving the product (s). The products that are returned to our store, at your expense, must necessarily be accompanied in the package with the receipt of your order or a document that states the number of your order, so that we can quickly locate your return. In case the product proves to be defective due to construction, then the consumer can request repair of the product or its replacement or reduction of the price or cancellation of the sale and full refund of the amount paid. In case the product does not prove to be defective then it is simply returned to the consumer. Finally, if the product proves to be defective, then the shipping costs must be reimbursed by the store to the customer.
Right of withdrawal
If you wish to Withdraw from the sales contract (with a refund), please send an email to sales@landoftoys.gr and record all the necessary requested information and your specific request. You have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and return the product you have purchased from our online store (unjustified), under the following procedure and in accordance with the more specific terms and conditions:
(a) In order to exercise your right, you must inform us in writing, filling in (with all the necessary requested information) and sending us an email to sales@landoftoys.gr within an exclusive period of 14 calendar days days, from the day you receive the product. Landoftoys.gr will confirm the receipt of your mail.
(b) By exercising your withdrawal, you must immediately and in any case within 14 calendar days from the sending of the Withdrawal Declaration form, return the product to us at the address of the store (Paichnidoupoli, Naxos Town, 84300 tel. 2285027127-more detailed information will be given via reply mail). The product must be in exactly the original condition in which you received it, not used, without damage, tears or alterations, in its complete packaging, with all the contents and accompanied by accessories, forms, instructions, etc. Also, to make If the return is accepted, it must be accompanied by its issued purchase document.
(c) The cost of returning the products is borne by the sender – retiring consumer.
(d) In case of non-compliance with the above, we will not receive the products and we will send them back to you at the recipient’s expense.
(e) In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above, the company will proceed without undue delay and in any case within 3 working days from the day of delivery of the shipment, a refund of the amounts you have paid us ( product value and any delivery costs incurred) by the same means of payment. Delivery costs are not refundable only if the Customer had chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Company.
(f) The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the products, in the period up to the Withdrawal Statement.
(g) The above Withdrawal does not apply to proven defective products or products in which there is a proven lack of agreed quality, which are covered by the respective warranties (depending on the nature of the products – for warranties see above-) and the provisions on the sale of applicable law.
